How do I contact my institution in case of a technical emergency?

Your institution should give you their technical support details in your initial training.

To contact your institution in case of an emergency, do the following:

  • In the main tiCrypt menu, navigate to Customer Support in the top right.
  • In the prompt, click the visible phone number/email address.
  • This will open a new page where you can communicate with your host institution.
